Tax credit communities offer apartments specifically for people whose income falls within a certain range compared to the average income in the area. This makes housing more accessible for many essential workers. If your income fits the requirements, you could be eligible to rent at one of these communities.  Check out our Tax Credit page for more information on qualifying. 

Residents of 734 Longfellow are responsible for cable, internet services, and electricity.  WC Smith will handle all water and trash fees.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or you can bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $75.00 to $150.00 per year and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

Yes!  There is a Walmart Supercenter about a half mile away at 5929 Georgia Ave NW.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they will always be welcome at Longfellow.
